Before the start of the project, the supervisory board of the organization formulated the following challenges:
New Functionality
Develop new additional features in the open- source platform BigBlueButton, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the corporation's training center.
Maintenance
Maintenance of the BigBlueButton platform by their own system administrators.

Project Results
Convenient search and access to videos of online classes for teachers and corporate employees through Saba is provided.
Students, teachers and staff received the opportunity to use their unified Saba account (username and password) for use in BigBlueButton.
Balanced load on BigBlueButton servers was provided as well as backup and recovery after failures, and continuous monitoring of threats and performance was provided.
A post-project support of the BigBlueButton platform was provided by own specialists.
The project was implemented within three months, taking into account analysis, platform selection, design, implementation, and training. The project provides a contract for 12 months of after-project support. Integration was implemented using web-services technology, Saba API. The project team included an architect, programmers, systems engineers, as well as instructors to train teachers and system administrators..

Due to the effective organization of design work, the following results were obtained:
Information security of video learning was provided at the level of software technologies, and server equipment, and procedures for managing video learning were ensured.
100% reduction in monthly fees for using 100 WebEx Meeting Center licenses ($ 1,500 to $ 0).
