Implementing BigBlueButton Software For Project Teams
Creation of their own online collaboration system based on the chosen BigBlueButton platform, on servers located in their own data center - architecture that fully guarantees the safety of corporate information.
Providing the ability to conduct online audio, video meetings with the possibility of video recording.
Provide full-featured remote collaboration on any device used by employees: on a computer, on a tablet and on a smartphone - up to 100 devices at a time.
Provide online voting tools for issues raised during the meeting.
Before the start of the project, the supervisory board of the organization formulated the following challenges:
Collaboration and coordination of applications, documents, presentations, drawings, photos, and videos.
Removing barriers to start using the online platform due to the lack of need to install and configure any programs - BigBlueButton works through any browser.
The customer's online collaboration system based on the selected BigBlueButton software was implemented on servers located in their own data center - the architecture fully guarantees the safety of corporate information.
Information security of online meetings at the level of software technology, server equipment and organizational management procedures was provided.
All employees were given the opportunity to use their single corporate academic record (username and password) for use in BigBlueButton.
All company employees have the ability to create an unlimited number of online sessions of any duration.
The project was implemented within two weeks, taking into account design, implementation, and training. The project provides a contract for 12 months of after-project support. The project team included a systems engineer, as well as a trainer for training the customer's employees.
Due to the effective organization of design work, the following results were realized:
A reliable and safe way to conduct online meetings of project teams with the participation of employees and customers, regardless of their geographical location and device used, incl. desktops (using any modern browser), smartphones and tablets (using any modern browser running iOS or Android).
Provided fully functional remote collaboration on any device used by employees: on a desktop, tablet, smartphone.
