Before the start of the project, the supervisory board of the university formulated the following challenges:
Results
All the necessary data from the previously used Blackboard Learn system was transferred to the Canvas LMS. Licensing costs were reduced.
A unified learning environment was created for all educational programs, regardless of the type of devices used (telephones, tablets, desktops).
Canvas LMS was integrated with other university systems - more than 100 integration processes in total.
The project was implemented within five months, taking into account design and implementation. The contract provided 12 months of post-project support for the system and teachers. The project team included architects, UX developers, programmers, testers, consultants, and instructors for teacher training.

Due to the effective organization of design work, the following results were achieved in a short period of time:
Provided students and teachers with newly developed, but at the same time, flexible and convenient functionality.
During the project, 500 teachers were trained in the use of Canvas LMS, of which about 100 received certificates of excellence.
The university administration gained the opportunity to manage the educational activities at the university level.
